Water, Mold, Or Both?
In the first photo we have a wood floor buckling up due to a water loss in the master bedroom. The water leak originated from the master bath. The shower appeared to had been leaking which damaged the walls and floors. You can see our employee spraying anti microbial spray on the concrete underneath the wood floor. We found traces of mold growth underneath wood. This means that the water had been leaking for a good amount of time.
