Ceiling Cut

Technically, it's still called a flood cut. The ceiling has dark discoloration, this is a sign of a near by water loss. Once our team was on scene and ready to go we will track down the source of the leak. We can do this by using thermal imaging. Thermal imaging is really awesome because we can see the depth moisture through the imaging tool. In this case the water had entered in through the roof from a storm. Luckily, we were able to help our customers get the roof repaired! Our crew was also able to preform water & storm damage restoration successfully.
