SERVPRO of Doral worked on this residence for unseen water loss beneath the tile in the bathroom. Our team was able to suck out the moisture from the padding, thus saving the tile. The next step shown in the second photo is showing the air movers drying out the affect area of the home.
In this instance the water leak wasn't too great to remove the flooring. But if standing water is left alone mold will begin to grow within 48 hours. The environment is then considered to be a biohazard which causes for extra equipment and gear to preform our restoration methods.
